What You’ll Experience

Session 1: Awaken Your Body’s WisdomGet Juicy by exploring movement and breathwork techniques to release tension, deepen sensation, and feel fully turned on in your body. (All from the comfort of your own home)

Session 2: Sensuality & Expressive Freedom – Unlock the power of pleasure, fluidity, and emotional depth to amplify your performances and own your turned-on energy. But first, you have to Let That $h!+ Go and release negative beliefs and painful stuck emotions from your body.

Session 3: Unleash Your Magnetic Presence – Integrate everything you’ve learned and step into a bold, UNAPOLOGETIC, turned-on expression of yourself. Learn practices that allow you to EMBODY success and confidence!

You will finish this series with:

  • Embodiment practices to wake up your body, your sensuality & your Turn On AND open your voice
  • “Tools” to release body shame, self doubt, & painful negative beliefs
  • Warm Up exercises that will Turn Up Your Turn On for auditions, rehearsals & performances

As a director and choreographer, she has guided actors to confidently express themselves during productions at Laguna Playhouse, Stella Adler Studio of Acting, Los Angeles Valley College, and Arts and Learning Conservatory.  She has a passion for dance receiving the Tommy Award in San Diego and performing salsa on advanced teams. She has completed a 6 month certification with Regena Thomashauer at the School of Womanly Arts and is now a Certified Pleasure Coach.
